SCIENCE MELA 2020
National Science Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at GVM's Dr. Dada Vaidya College of Education, Ponda-Goa on 28th February 2020.
The Chief Guest for the function was Mr.Paresh parab sir. The function was also graced by the presence of Dr. Allan Abreo Principal of GVM's Dr. Dada Vaidya College of Education and Shri Bhaskar Khandeparker President of the GVM's General Body and All teaching staff of college.
First year and second year B.Ed. Science students along with their mentor Dr. Anna Neena George, put in great efforts to organize this event. The theme kept for science day this year was FROM ATOM TO THE UNIVERSE. We had kept mela which had a lot of varieties that comprised of the following section. Exhibition : Aqua , Shell's , Feather's, Nest , Marine, mangrove ,dark room , Nature in maths. Physics and chemistry demonstration , challenge center and Quiz. The program started with welcome song along with the C.V.Ramana and Sci -fun presentation. The students from other methodology also participated in this function and shown their creativity how science also related to their methods.
